SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

1.     ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours following confirmation of purchase. Should additional processing time be required, the client will be informed promptly via email.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided as soon as available.

 

2.     STORE PICKUP

 

Orders may be collected Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clients will receive an email notification or a message once the order is ready for collection.

3.    DELIVERY  PROCESSES

             3.1.    Delivery in Monaco

All deliveries within Monaco are complimentary.

Please select the “Monaco Delivery” option during checkout.

 

             3.2.    Delivery in France

Standard delivery within mainland France is charged at €7.

Orders exceeding €95 (excluding VAT) qualify for complimentary shipping.

             3.3.    Delivery in Europe

Shipping rates within Europe vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Available options and corresponding costs will be displayed during checkout.

 

4.     DISTANT SERVICE

 

Our restoration, care, and maintenance services are available internationally.

Clients wishing to send shoes, leather goods, silverware, decorative objects, garments, or other valuable pieces to our workshop may contact us directly in order to organise the most appropriate transportation solution.

Transportation costs remain the responsibility of the client and will always be communicated and approved in advance.

Following confirmation of the order via our website, a separate invoice covering transportation arrangements to and from our workshop may be issued where applicable.

5.     REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGE

 

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, clients purchasing online benefit from a legal withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of their order, without having to justify any reason or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Clients must notify their intention to withdraw by email at: welcome@sirenoble.shop

Returned products must be sent back within fourteen (14) days following communication of the withdrawal request.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days following receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
