SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are packed and sent within 24 hours from placing the order. In case the shipping process takes longer than expected, a notification will be made via e-mail. The client will be made aware of the shipping information as soon as it is available.

 

 

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily on weekdays, from 9.00h to 17.00h. An email will be sent when your order is ready. The pick-up address is:

DELIVERY IN MONACO

 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option MC. All deliveries in Monaco are free of charge.

 

 

DELIVERY IN FRANCE

 

All deliveries inside France are charged at 7€. Orders over 95€ (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping.

 

 

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

 

Delivery costs for European countries will vary depending on the service selected and its destination. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

 

DISTANT SERVICE

 

Our services are available to all regardless of their geographical location. In case a client would like to send us a pair of shoes, handbag, garments, or anything else, we will explore the most efficient manner of getting the item(s) to our workshop and return them after the work has been finished. Transportation costs will be charged to the client, and we will always make sure to propose the best options. This process will be handled via e-mail upon confirmation of the order on our website www.sirenoble.shop ; after confirmation, an invoice will be sent for the transportation costs from the client’s residence to our workshop and back. 

 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGE

 

We accept returns within 5 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

The delivery date of the package will count as day 1. 

 

Unopened and untouched items can be reimbursed under clear and fair conditions, yet the transportation costs will be deducted from the amount. 

 

Unopened and untouched items can be exchanged to one or several new items. If the price of the new item exceeds the price of the previous item, the client will need to pay the difference. In case the price of the new item is less than price of the previous item, a store credit will be attributed to the client for a future purchase.
