​These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website www.sirenoble.shop (the “Site”) and the services provided through it (the “Services”).

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Site and Services.

When we refer to “Customer”, “you”, or “your”, we refer to any user of the Site or Services.

     3.    Our services

The Services offered through the Site allow Customers to browse and purchase products as well as access specialised care, maintenance, restoration, consulting, and related luxury services.

These Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • cleaning and maintenance services,

  • restoration and preservation services,

  • product care consulting,

  • household consulting,

  • transportation and delivery arrangements,

  • customer support services.

Certain services may require prior inspection and quotation approval before confirmation.

Due to the nature, age, oxidation, wear, fragility, or previous treatment of certain materials and objects, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for declaring any exceptional value, rarity, or fragility before any service is undertaken.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, transportation insurance coverage remains limited to the carrier’s standard conditions.

The contract between the Customer and us is considered concluded upon written confirmation of the order or service request.

To use the Services, Customers must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions prior to checkout.

     4.    Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, our liability shall be limited to direct damages that are reasonably foreseeable at the time of entering into the contract.

We shall not be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational damage, or business interruption, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

     5.    Product

 

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and information displayed on the Site are as accurate as possible. However, images are provided for illustrative purposes only and slight variations may occur.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

     6.    Orders, Pricing & Payment

 

To place an order, the Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years old and possess a valid payment method.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

All prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros (€) and may include or exclude VAT depending on the applicable regulations and delivery destination.

Online payments are securely processed through Stripe. By placing an order, the Customer also agrees to the applicable terms and conditions of Stripe’s payment services.

The Site allows Customers to review and correct any errors before confirming an order. Customers are encouraged to verify all information carefully before submitting payment.

An order confirmation email will be sent once the order has been received and accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate grounds.

     7.    Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon physical delivery of the products.

If no person is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave instructions for rescheduling or collection.

If an order is returned to sender due to circumstances attributable to the Customer, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information,

  • refusal to pay customs duties or taxes,

  • absence during delivery attempts,

  • failure to provide requested customs documentation,

additional shipping costs may apply and original shipping charges may not be refunded.

     8.    Use of the Site

By using the Site, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the Site is adequately protected.

The Site is provided for personal and non-commercial use only unless otherwise expressly agreed.

     9.    Privacy & Personal Data

 

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Personal information collected through the Site is necessary for processing orders, providing Services, customer support, invoicing, and legal compliance.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability, subject to applicable legal conditions.

     10.    Intellectual Property

 

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, designs, software, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Sirenoble Sarl or its licensors.

No part of the Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

     11.    Force Majeure

 

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, war, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.

     12.    Complains & Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to seek free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of disputes.

     13.    Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

In the event of a dispute, Customers may refer the matter to the competent courts under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumers residing within the European Union may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
