SERVICES TERMS

     ​1.    Introduction

These Service Terms govern all restoration, maintenance, cleaning, preservation, consulting, and care services provided by SIRENOBLE SARL (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By entrusting any item to SIRENOBLE SARL or using our services, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Service Terms.

     ​2.    Scope of Services

 

SIRENOBLE SARL provides specialised services including, but not limited to:

  • leather care and restoration,

  • silverware cleaning and polishing,

  • maintenance of decorative objects,

  • restoration and preservation services,

  • luxury household consulting,

  • care recommendations and related bespoke services.

All services are performed with the utmost care, expertise, and attention to detail.

     ​3.    Estimates & Approval

Certain services may require prior inspection before confirmation.

Any quotation, estimate, or timeframe provided remains indicative until formally approved by both parties.

Work may begin only after the Customer’s approval of the proposed service and pricing.

     ​4.    Condition of Items

Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the condition, age, fragility, prior restorations, treatments, alterations, or any exceptional characteristics of submitted items.

Due to the nature of certain materials, including aged leather, silver, fabrics, delicate finishes, oxidised surfaces, or antique objects, some imperfections, marks, patina variations, or structural weaknesses may already exist prior to treatment.

SIRENOBLE SARL reserves the right to refuse service for items considered excessively fragile or unsuitable for treatment.

     ​5.    Results & Limitations

All services are performed using professional techniques and reasonable care. However, results may vary depending on:

  • age,

  • oxidation,

  • wear,

  • exposure,

  • previous treatments,

  • material condition,

  • environmental factors.

As a result, SIRENOBLE SARL cannot guarantee:

  • complete restoration,

  • colour uniformity,

  • permanent stain removal,

  • total correction of defects,

  • or identical restoration outcomes.

Certain interventions may reveal pre-existing defects or fragilities that were not previously visible.

     ​6.    Customer Responsibility

The Customer remains solely responsible for:

  • declaring the value and fragility of submitted items,

  • removing personal belongings or hidden contents,

  • verifying all submitted information,

  • arranging appropriate insurance coverage if desired.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, transportation insurance remains limited to the carrier’s standard conditions.

     ​7.    Transport & Delivery

Transportation arrangements may be organised directly by the Customer or facilitated by SIRENOBLE SARL.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and cannot be guaranteed.

SIRENOBLE SARL shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk transfers to the Customer upon physical delivery or collection of the item.

     ​8.    Storage & Uncollected Items

Customers are requested to collect completed items within a reasonable period following notification of completion.

SIRENOBLE SARL reserves the right to apply storage fees for items remaining uncollected beyond 30 days after notification.

If an item remains unclaimed for an extended period despite reasonable attempts to contact the Customer, SIRENOBLE SARL reserves the right to take any action permitted under applicable law.

     ​9.    Payments

 

All services must be paid in full prior to the return or release of the item unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SIRENOBLE SARL reserves the right to retain possession of items until full payment has been received.

     ​10.    Liability

Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Subject to applicable law, SIRENOBLE SARL’s liability shall be limited to direct damages resulting from proven fault or negligence in the performance of the service.

Under no circumstances shall SIRENOBLE SARL be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • loss of value,

  • loss of profit,

  • emotional value,

  • deterioration linked to pre-existing conditions,

  • normal wear,

  • ageing of materials,

  • or unavoidable material reactions.

Any claim concerning damage or dissatisfaction must be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours following delivery or collection of the item.

     ​11.    Force Majeure

 

SIRENOBLE SARL shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters,

  • transportation disruptions,

  • strikes,

  • pandemics,

  • governmental restrictions,

  • cyber incidents,

  • or force majeure events.

     ​12.    Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to seek free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of disputes. Mediator details will be send upon request.

     ​13.    Applicable Law

 

These Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
